A weekend off!!

I have been feeling much better since leaving St Croix. I had this weekend off of racing but still managed to get in a few long rides with friends. Today was Mothers day and lucky for me I was here - whew! Sundays are great, I try to stay off my feet, relax and evaluate the coming week of training. This coming weekends race is in Orlando Florida. Thanks to Janice Harrington I have a place to stay. She was awesome and book me my hotel off of her frequent travel points. So thank you!!

I found some pictures from the St Croix race and will post them here today.....as you can see I was in pain on the run and I wasn't lying about the hills on the bike.....and yup I'm the only one wearing a wet suit :)
